  5. Consult with a doctor: Before starting any new exercise routine, consult with a doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for physical activity.
  6. Set realistic goals: Set realistic and specific goals for yourself, it will help you stay motivated.
  7. Track your progress: Keep track of your weight, measurements, and how you feel.

Here is a basic vegetarian diet plan that you can use as a starting point:

    • Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey
    • Small piece of dark chocolate
